After many days of voting and messing around with dA's glitchy new Journals the Results for our DGM!AU Contest are finally tallied and ready to show! So without further ado, here are our winners!

"The reason I like it so much is that the art is beautiful and how the made Allen into a father figure. I love the way she has depicted the characters and the story behind them which seems really plausible!"
"My vote goes to ~Equalibriem's D.Gray-Man Mafia AU. I rather like the idea of Neah running away because he was chosen to lead the Noah clan, and making the groups mafia instead of established organizations like the Black Order adds a certain sense of intrigue, while maintaining the DGM feel~ The artwork was also beautifully done--it is also rather interesting, while keeping the "mafia" feel."

Every year, DGray-Man101 holds a large contest with a variety of prizes to celebrate our achievements. This year, it's for the amount of members and member activity we have had, as well as a big!Timcanpy-sized thank you for the support in letting us keep our Super Group status!

D.Gray-Man!AU: Steampunk
   Peace in a time when many thought none could be found has boosted the overall morale of England--the upper classes, anyway--as Japan and Germany face their defeat. Japanese and German citizens are forced out of the country, regardless of loyalty during the war, and life in the lower quarters of English society is not improving under the reign of an oblivious government and corrupt military.
   Science and technology have melded to create more effective soldiers--weapons can be created to fit an individual's needs and abilities, making them more efficient in battle and more likely to live longer, decreasing the need for new recruits. There is, however, a drawback: these weapons are best fitted to subjects under the age of twelve. As a result, children unfortunate enough to find themselves in orphanages or families of no influence are often forced into the military.
